Getting to know Colette Beech
As part of our monthly Staff Profile series, we’re delighted to introduce you to another wonderful member of the Gleesons team: Colette Beech, our friendly receptionist!
Having been part of the Gleesons team for over three years, Colette plays an important role in welcoming guests and helping make their experience with us a memorable one.
When asked what she loves most about her role, Colette says it’s the variety that each day brings, along with the opportunity to meet new people from all over the world. No two days are the same, making every day a little different!
When asked for her favourite recommendations from the Gleesons menu, Colette’s dish of choice is our delicious Gleesons Lasagne…and to compliment it, a warm latte is her go to drink!
One of the things Colette loves most about Roscommon is its friendly people. When she has some free time to explore, her favourite local spot is Roscommon Castle, a beautiful historic landmark right in the heart of the town.
Reflecting on her fondest memories of working at Gleesons, Colette says it’s all about the people, including the wonderful colleagues she gets to work alongside every day. It’s the people who make Gleesons such a special place to be!
