Roscommon is lamb country and we can confidently say it doesn’t get any better than ours reared on the Gleeson family farm. Our organic lamb roams free, grazing on lush grass and is reared with care and cooked with pride.
Here at Gleesons we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality raw ingredients. We’re fortunate to be surrounded by amazing producers who inspire every dish on our menu created by Head Chef Kieran Brennan. Our food is homemade by chefs who love what they do and we guarantee every plate is prepared with passion. Our breads are baked daily inhouse. Many of our herbs are grown by Mary Gleeson in our townhouse garden.
