How long have you been part of the Gleeson’s team:
My parents started the business when I was just 3 years old, so I’ve grown up alongside Gleeson’s and have been part of the journey ever since.
What do you love most about your job:
The people. From our amazing staff to the guests who return time and time again – no two days are ever the same, and that’s what keeps it exciting.
Favourite dish to recommend to guests:
The Steak Sandwich – a firm favourite and always a hit with our guests.
Favourite drink to recommend to guests:
A nice cocktail – perfect for unwinding and enjoying the moment.
Favourite thing about Roscommon:
The sense of community. It’s a place where people really look out for each other, and there’s a genuine warmth you don’t find everywhere.
Fondest memory of working at Gleeson’s:
Celebrating all the milestones over the years and the customers who have truly become like family.
Favourite place to visit in Co. Roscommon:
Lough Key – a lovely place to visit with my two young boys and somewhere we really enjoy spending time together.
