Claire’s Favourites
When it comes to Claire’s role at Gleesons she adores the people, the gossip, the bosses and the staff. This is no surprise as Claire has a welcoming, warm personality which makes everyone feel right at home.
As for her favourite dish Claire likes a simple but equally tasty option, Plain Chicken. You can’t beat an old reliable!
To spice up her dinner, Claire highly recommends washing it down with a Whiskey, Coke & Water.
Claire’s love for Roscommon goes beyond the walls of Gleesons, she loves experiencing the beauty of Roscommon. On her days off she loves a stroll around Roscommon Castle.
Over the past 6 years Claire’s fondest memory of working at Gleesons is having the craic with customers and staff. Claire makes every guest, customer and team member feel welcomed and she is much loved and greatly appreciated by all of the team at Gleesons.
