Organic Lamb from Gleesons Family Farm

Roscommon is lamb country and we can confidently say it doesn’t get any better than ours reared on the Gleeson family farm. Our organic lamb roams free, grazing on lush grass and is reared with care and cooked with pride.

The Gleeson family farm organic lamb locally and use this exceptional meat for speciality dishes on their menu. Eamonn’s brother James Gleeson took over the 60-acre family farm in 1995 and has managed it ever since.

Gleeson’s are also heavily involved in the annual Roscommon Lamb Festival. Mary has a regular chef slot on local radio and been invited to do demonstrations at events across the globe; she never misses an opportunity to showcase their lamb. She ran the kitchen for many years and also tends the garden, giving the chef an unending supply of fresh, delicious herbs as well as fresh flowers for the townhouse.
