Earlier this year, Mary and Eamon ticked off a lifelong bucket-list experience by taking a trip to South America. On their travels they experienced new cultures, incredible food, and places that they had only ever dreamed about. The trip also provided them with the incredible opportunity to visit one of our very own producers!
The TerraMater Vineyard in Santiago, Chile produces some of our favourite wines from our wine list in the Manse Restaurant some, 7073 miles away in County Roscommon. The TerraMater Vineyard offers a unique experience of meeting the winemakers and a visit to the stunning Chilean Vineyard. Mary and Eamonn carefully select their wines that feature on their list, so this was a real treat to see how the wine is developed and where the vineyard was.
Mary and Eamon were delighted to finally be able to put faces to the names who they had spent years working with to provide some of the finest wines to our incredible customers. The trip was a fantastic experience and one that Mary and Eamon will always remember fondly.
